croissant de lune

Greeting cards and prints
Illustrations and printed product
Having worked 9 to 5 for a few years, the creative side of me was facing a path of ennui. I personally feel that as creatives, it’s easy to exhaust ourselves creating for others, yet still have a yearning to expend more energy creating for yourself - simply because it was worth it. Croissant de lune was a product of that. Picking up my pencil (or Apple pencil in this case) for the first time in a while, I began to do something I hadn’t done since I was a teenager. I started to draw.
Because this was something I could solely call my own, I drew from my thoughts and my dreams. I didn’t think about whether anyone else would like my pieces. Luckily though, some people did. I turned my drawings into greeting cards and prints, did a local market or two, and sold to family, friends, and friends of friends.
